Call Center (Skill English)
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Providing information to customers
*Handing customer inquiries and solving problem of customer concerning products and services via the telephone
*Follow-up and co-ordinate whit related departments to solve customers’ problem
Qualification Required:
*Male /Female
*Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
*0-2 year experience in customer services or call center areas
*Good command of both spoken and written English is a must (TOEIC score 500 upward)
*Service-minded and able to work efficiently in high pressure environment with patient
*Experience in a call center or customer service will be an advantage
