Job Description
:• To promote/encourage staff for safety awareness, safety programs/procedures implementation and propose as required
.• To establish and implement safety work instruction and development as require.
• To coordinate with area safety representatives and supervisors to ensure that related safety programs, procedures and work instruction are properly implemented. This is included all contractors working in the company’s premises
.• To ensure that there are proper safety equipment included PPE and fire fighting equipment provided at each workplace/machine as appropriate and usable at all time this is included standardization of those equipments.
• To promote staff knowledge and arrange/ conduct safety training programs as Planed Included new employee orientation for safety concerns.
• To ensure investigation and report of all incidents, accident and near miss will be provided, the safety officer shall participate for the investigation.
• To ensure that hazardous material/chemical are properly handling incl. hazardous waste management.
• To participate and arrangement for environment impact monitoring and measurement as required by laws.
• To supervise / develop the Asst. safety Officer and Security guard, performing work as assigned.

Qualifications :
• Male or Female, age 27-35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, safety and Environment or with a Profesional Safety certificate.
• Have experience in safety function over 4 years in industrial will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, Interdependent, Initiative, enthusiasm, energetic, having self-motivation
• Excellent communications skill & willing to work with team
• Good command in English a plus
