Project Manager (7) / Assistant Project Manager (11)


Responsibilities:

Execute due diligence (site constraints, set-back laws, local codes, utilities)
Plan, design, project review and manage all procedures/strategies
Manage site, monitor construction schedule and quality control until project hand-over


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or related field
For Manager minimum 8 year experience; Asst. Manager minimum 6 year experience, preferably with property development
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with good command of English
